Pick the right tee set so distances and scoring match the course.

Choosing which tees to play

Tee set affects yardages, GPS targets, and how your round compares in history.

Tips

  • Pick the tees your group is actually playing.
  • If the course offers multiple sets, choose before you start so green-to-tee distances match the scorecard.
  • You can note a tee change in your round notes if the app does not let you switch mid-round.

Wrong tees usually show up as distances that feel consistently long or short compared with markers on the course.
