Deleting your account or data

Request account or data deletion from Putty support.

Deleting your account or data

You can request account or data deletion if you no longer want Putty to store your profile and rounds.

Steps

  1. Cancel any active Premium subscription in the App Store or Google Play first.
  2. Email support@putty.golf from the address on your Putty account.
  3. Request account deletion (or a specific data deletion).

Also see putty.golf/data-deletion for the public deletion instructions. Deletion is permanent.
